Translation and adaptation of an inclusive tool – Partnering for Change – in the Netherlands and Sweden (WP 6)
Focus of the work package 6: An example of a tool to support inclusive education (Partnering for Change - P4C, developed in Canada). This tool is used for co-teaching of educators and health care professionals to support inclusive education and to build educators’ and parents’ capacity. Furthermore, this new concept tool, suitable for the Dutch and Swedish educational context, will be tested and evaluated; including cross-cultural comparison (research question 3).

Partners: The Netherlands with international partners (Sweden & Canada).
Data: Interviews with educators, questionnaires, parents and healthcare professionals, observations in the classroom and field notes.
Method: Mixed-method design (based on framework of Card et al.)
Settings: 8 primary schools (4 in The Netherlands and 4 in Sweden).
Deliverable(s): 1 joint article (NL/SE/Canada); online educational material for healthcare professionals (NL and SE version); guidelines for using the inclusive tool (NL/SE).
